Evolution of Bullets in Burning Box

Its happening. The music is evolving. They used to be just songs. Now they are something more.. Like the coral reef which grows upside down underneath the boat studio, its kelpy hair swaying in the current. The music of the album Belonging is becoming a world of its own.

What's new?

Well, let's dance. The drums have feeling. You will catch the fever. Drum 'n' bass, breaks and dubstep rhythms, oh my! These drums are, just, well.. human. Likely due to being played on a velocity-sensitive 16-pad.

What about soul? That thing is naked.

What about guitars? Ooohh.. instruments.. sweet strumables. So far there is the solid bass guitar etching herself in your heart. We like it this way. Its sensual and raw. Will there, perhaps, be a few notes from the electric guitar? Let's put it this way: will the world end in 2012?

What about live shows? Just a drum machine, NMW playing bass, a mystery friend and lots of shadows to accent the light.
